This is the Crawfords "Crazy" neighbor. He decided that the oil was a little low in his lawn mower so he added a QUART of oil! The smoke was billowing out forever! He kept saying "oh, it'll burn off, just wait a few seconds". Never a dull moment with those neighbors!
